These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through crossbones.biz, operated by BLACKFISH PERFORMANCE NETWORK SRL, Romania, trading under the name Crossbones.

1. Products
Crossbones sells motorcycle parts, rider gear and accessories through its online store.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, images and prices are accurate. Minor differences in colour, finish, packaging or appearance may occur.
Where compatibility with a particular motorcycle model or year is relevant, customers are responsible for checking the information provided before ordering. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your motorcycle, please contact us before purchasing.
2. Third-party fulfilment
Some products may be stored, processed and shipped directly by third-party fulfilment partners or suppliers.
Your purchase contract remains with BLACKFISH PERFORMANCE NETWORK SRL / Crossbones. The use of a third-party supplier does not affect your statutory consumer rights or our responsibilities as seller.
Products from the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.
3. Orders
An order is considered received when it is submitted through our website. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, the price or product information contains an obvious error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the corresponding amount will be refunded.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

The Crossbones name, website design, original text, graphics and other original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party trademarks, product names and brand names remain the property of their respective owners and are used only where necessary to identify or describe compatible products.
