How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of crossbones (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Instructions are poor but once you work it out it's actually pretty good kit for the price. It's not as elegant as some of the higher priced alternatives but if you just want something cheap it's entirely up to the job. Audio quality really surprised me.

The store shipped quickly, after the delivery was long, but in view of the context (covid19) I did not think it was his fault. The intercom correspond to their descriptions, not yet tested on the road since just received, but in static test, the sound is not bad, it will not be a Hifi rendering, but given the price we suspected. The level is satisfactory, the ergonomics on the other hand is not the strong of these intercom whose use is not necessarily intuitive. But with the habit it will be fine, nothing crippling. The installation is done well, they come with the necessary accessories, and I did not struggle to install them in my 2 helmets, that said, some adjustments were necessary for a better rendering (make sure to put them closest to the ears that goes without saying. For now I recommend.

nfo Item came on customs, so had to pay 20% on top of that. It has half of the items missing but after I opened a case, I got refunded fast the amoth that I can cover tge missing items. The shipment to Bulgaria was fast since it was sent from Turkey. Will leave more info once I try them on if they work of not

The intercoms units are of good quality construction. Buttons are bit small to be comfortably operate with thick gloves. The charging port on the unit is a proprietary connector so do not lose the special USB charging cable. The intercom feature works well. Speaker quality is good, with reasonable bass, and should be loud enough to hear over wind or engine noise. I paired a GPS and phone via Bluetooth to the unit at the same time. I played music from the phone and when the GPS made an audio notification the unit would automatically switch to the GPS audio and then switch back to the phone's music after the GPS audio had stopped, which is great. The built-in FM radio is a nice extra feature which works well in urban areas. The store was very fast to ship the units, and was accommodating when I needed to extend the Buyer Protection a number of times because of South Africa's pathetic postal service. The delivery took 115 days to arrive. I highly recommend the product and the seller.

Item arrived in good condition the box has no dent. Quickly installed the other pair on my helmet while pairing it on my LG G5 phone the call quality and bluetooth audio is quite good. I also enjoy using the fm radio everytime i travel to and from work but the audio quality depends on the radio station you are tuned into. But i have not tried using the intercom function yet.. Will post another feedback right after testing the intercom function on an actual ride.
